In the Business Fast-Track Program you'll be following a specific sequence of actions, designed to change the course of events in your business.

I roll up my sleeves and get in the trenches with you, to work on each assignment and give you the crucial feedback and tools you'll need to redesign your business for success. This is the most popular program and creates the best results by far, because you simply have more time with me and more guidance from me.

The Program is structured on the principles of the Prime Strategies and takes place in two steps:

The goal of Step 1 is to identify what is holding you back and get it out of the way. You will take a hard look at what is going on in your business and what may be causing or contributing to your struggles. The process will compel you to make some potentially hard decisions to stabilize your business and get you ready to plan a new course.

Step 1 - Lay the Foundation (9 sessions /3 months)

Following is the sequence of actions in Step 1.

1- Assess the status of your business and your market right now
2- Identify any issues requiring urgent attention (cash flow, sales, productivity, systems, staff, accountability, etc.)
3- Identify bigger concerns, issues and limitations - challenges to address later. (organization, product, workflow, job functions, etc.)
4- Establish immediate Goals to work through the challenges and lay the groundwork for the Fast Track.
5- Determine best Strategy to accomplish these Goals
6- Prioritize and set sequence of immediate Actions to be taken
7- Create your own Short Term Action Plan.
8- Put your Plan into Action
9- Assess the Results of your Actions

After Step 1 you'll be in a whole new place with your business. You'll have an informed, well-calculated strategy and Short Term Plan of Action that will guide you, step-by-step, into the Fast Track lane. You'll be ready to begin Step 2.

In Step 2 you lay the foundation for a successful business. You'll be identifying your assets, both business and personal, and determining how best to apply them. You'll reposition your business with a clear direction, then set long term goals and get ready to create a plan of action.

Step 2 - Redesign and Reposition (9 sessions//3 months)

Following is the sequence of actions in Step 2.

1- Rethink the Purpose/Vision/Mission of your business based on current information.
2- Determine Personal and Business Assets
3- Set Long Term Goals
4- Build on your Strengths. Support your Weaknesses.
5- Play to your Opportunities and avoid or reduce Threats.
6- Identify your Competition and how you are different
7- Choose your Brand Platform and Market Position.
8- Select Assets to be developed
9- Refine market message and prepare for campaign.

After Step 2 you'll have charted a new course and will know where you're going and how to get there. You'll have redesigned and repositioned your business for future success.

Our documents and tools help you quickly gather information, analyze it and make informed decisions. Calls lasting 30-40 minutes are scheduled weekly for 3 weeks, each month for 6 months. Our phone meetings and the tools guide the process. All our communications and your information remain in strict confidence, of course.
