Small Business Leaders can also collaborate to achieve their common goal...success for their own business in 2009. That's the purpose of the new Prime Strategies BizLeaders Mastermind.
The format is a highly interactive 2 hour group meeting every other week for 12 weeks (6 sessions). Each session offers the opportunity to give and receive. You'll be taking strategic action that will move you closer and closer to your goals.
You'll begin to see your business in a totally new way and learn how to make it work for you. With the guidance of your coach and encouragement from your peers, you'll gain new leadership skills, focus your resources, and work from a strategic plan of action. You'll also be exponentially expanding your network with the other business leaders in the group.
What we'll do:
- Analyze your business and brainstorm new ideas and strategies
- Focus your resources on priorities where impact will be greatest
- Create a Short Term Action Plan to get you into strategic action immediately
- Outline your Plan for 2009
- Establish the consistent habit of working "on" your business
- Interact with other business leaders who will keep you accountable and on track.
- Expand your leader mindset and enhance entrepreneurial skills
- Increase your network exponentially
