Coaching for the Small Business Owner

Coaching is primarily a listening process. I listen to you, tell you what I see from my objective and experienced vantage point and guide you in creating the framework upon which you'll be able to build a strong and profitable business. In the process you'll be upgrading your leadership skills. You'll be more confident in making business decisions; you'll learn how to create a budget and stay on it; and you'll be able to create a well thought out plan that will lead to your goals.

Coaching differs from consulting the way learning how to fish differs from being given a fish. Coaching walks you through the process so you'll have personal experience of doing what works.

Prime Strategies offers individual and group coaching.

Individual Coaching

Individual coaching is tailored to the specific needs of each client. Meetings can take place in person, by phone or e-mail, or any combination. Telephone coaching is especially effective as it allows for dedicated time together without travel. You'll be amazed how much can be accomplished using this technique. It is the technique I find produces the fastest results.

Meetings can last from half hour to an hour, with 40 minutes being the typical coaching session. Frequency and duration of our meetings will be arranged to accommodate your schedule and budget. Between meetings you'll have an assignment designed to move you forward toward your goals. You'll also have ongoing e-mail, phone and fax support.

Just-In-Time Coaching

Just-In-Time Coaching is also available on a one or two session basis when quick problem solving or decision-making is needed. Many people appreciate being able to call upon a knowledgable and trusted objective outsider when faced with short term challenges. It can make a big difference in the long term result without a big commitment.

The process is simple. We schedule an individual telephone session, talk about your situation and create a plan for what needs to be done.

This just might be the boost you need and is a great way to get a sense of the coaching process.

Group Coaching

Group coaching takes place with four to eight entrepreneurs meeting on a teleconference call for one hour twice a month. The current group forming is the Business Growth Group. If you're ready to grow your business with guidance from a business leadership coach and a peer group, this is for you!. Learn from others AND receive individual attention from your coach. The telephone format allows for us to come together regardless of location. Wouldn't you like to grow your business from strength rather than struggle?

Business Leadership Boot Camp

If you like working in a training format with a clear end result, consider the Business Leadership Boot Camp, an intensive immersion into learning and applying the leadership skills that will change how you think and the way you do business. Learn what it means to "be in charge". Boot Camp is available on an individual or group basis.
