How We Work: In individual coaching you'll be learning and applying the Prime Strategies Business Success System to your business. Together we'll assess where you are, analyze what we find, make decisions, and create a strategic plan of action. Then you'll be coached through each step of your plan. It's simple, straightforward, and it works...time after time. You Have Options: Frequency, duration and location of sessions are flexible and agreed to before we start working together. I'm available for in-person or phone coaching. E-mail is the primary means of between-session communications. Programs
If you're eager to learn and apply the Business Success System to your business, I highly recommend the Fast Track Intensive. This is the basic 3 month program that guides you in laying the foundation for a successful business.
Working with a small group of business owners, you'll learn each lesson together, then apply it to your own business and come back the following session to report on results.
Once you've completed this 9 session series, you'll be ready to practice it on a daily basis. Then you'll want to maintain momentum and accountability in the Fast Track Pro, which is dedicated to your business.

Prime Strategies is the proud co-producer of the annual Small Business Summit held each year in February in New York City. We attract hundreds of small business owners and tech and business solution providers who come together for a day to learn, share, network and have fun.
